Rates, Reservations and Policies

Alpine lakes, famous hiking trails, old railroad tunnels, Monte Cristo, Ice Caves, and more; let us be base camp for your Mountain Loop adventure!

2010 Rates:

-   Guest Room w/private bath, in main building - $65.00 per night

-  Guest Yurt w/bed and furnishings, electricity - $55.00 per night

-  Tent site  - $20.00 per tent, with max occupancy 6 

-  RV’s/Trailers, only as part of a private group rental - $20 per night (must be self contained)

-  Private Group rental of entire ranch – call for pricing bid, based upon group size and needs

-  Roundhouse Yurt, large multi-purpose room with configurable tables (4- 60” rounds, 4- 6’ buffet and 4- 4’ length) and 25 chairs plus some furnishings, projection screen, electricity, based on occupancy:

$150 per day/night

9-14

$20 additional per person

15-30

$350 per day/night

31-40 (max 40)

$400 per day/night

Notes:
-taxes not included in above base rates
-proposals for group events having more than 40 people can be requested
-we accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover credit cards.

Please email or call us with what you are interested in renting, arrival date, and departure date, and how many in your party.  We suggest making reservations a minimum of 1 month in advance if possible.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation request and book a stay.
